PROGRAMS

GROUP FITNESS: 

(1 to 12 trainer to member ratio, workout-of-the-day style, all fitness levels welcome, customized exercises to accommodate individual needs and fitness levels)​

Before you begin training, one of our personal trainers will conduct an assessment on you to determine what your strengths and weaknesses are, any joint restrictions or instabilities, and/or any muscular imbalances or injuries that MUST to be addressed to keep the body in alignment, prevent injury, and reach your goals FAST.

 

You will be provided with a custom-designed fitness program (personal training and semi-private personal training) specific to your body's needs while crushing your personal goals with the guidance and direction from our TOP NOTCH, certified personal trainers and coaches! 

Our process begins with:

  • You undergoing an extremely thorough body movement assessment to determine

  • What are your strengths and weaknesses

  • If you have any joint restrictions or muscular imbalances

  • Preexisting injuries that may be causing other issues

  • Nutritional assessment to determine what adjustments you can make to maximize your results and reach your goals faster

  • A 3D body composition test is done determining your body fat percentage, and circumference measurements

  • We measure your resting metabolic rate to determine how many calories you should be consuming per day in order to lose weight, maintain weight, or even gain weight

  • Your assessment is completed by discussing what your goals are and the best way to reach them

  • Your assessment results will be analyzed and used to write your personal training program.
